My dreams are not the same as everyone else’s. As I have grown and developed over the years, I have wanted to share my knowledge and process with the people closest to me and bring them along. Although in the moment I thought I was being helpful, honestly, they never asked for my help. For some reason, I thought everyone would want to achieve their wildest imaginations, but that’s not reality. The reality is that some people prefer to stay within their comfort zone, and that’s okay.
Over the years, I have learned that I prefer to be challenged and am motivated to dream out loud and achieve my wildest dreams. However, my dreams are sacred and should be honored in spaces that embrace my soul’s purpose. Everyone is not meant to go where you are headed, and that’s okay. Sometimes you have to leave those people behind, and that’s okay.
